How to make an International Call
In order to dial internationally you will need the country code and city code of the location you are calling. Additionally, your toll service provider must handle international calls.

Direct-dialed calls:
Dial: 011 + country code + city code and telephone number.

Operator-assisted calls:

If your toll service provider does not handle international calls:
Dial: the code of a toll service provider that handles such calls +011 +country code + city code and telephone number.

If you do not know the country or city code:
Contact your toll service provider.

Time and Charges
